●By train / bus, please use the automatic ticket gate or bus unit.
●To enter a facility that accepts the rides card and coupon,detach the coupon bearing the facility name, and show the rides card and give up the coupon at the entrance.
●After you use the rides card at a train/bus automatic ticket gate, the date of use is printed on the reverse side of the rides card. If you use the rides card for a facility first, enter the date on the reverse side with a black oil-based pen.
●To use an express train with seat reservation on Kinki Nippon Railway or Nankai Electric Railway, it is necessary to purchase any other required tickets such as express ticket, special seat ticket, and seat reservation ticket.
●If due to the rides card degaussed or with other reasons,train / bus ticket machines can’t identify, you should make a timely manner to the station staff members.
●Refund is only available at the place of purchase within the valid period indicated on the reverse side of the rides card,and when the rides card and any coupons have not been used. The refund charge of 500 yen is applied. Regarding refund for a rides card purchased at a travel agency, please inquire at the travel agent that issued the rides card.
●Rides card, tour guidebook and coupons, if lost, will not be released, moreover, even if the coupon tickets are used up, it will not issued additionally.
●Business hours and closed dates of each facilities are subject to change. Confirm to the facility in advance.
●When a special event or exhibition is held at the facilities,you are required to pay an additional admission fee for the special exhibition. Please check them before you go.
●Refund is not available if a transportation link goes out of service or a facility temporarily closes after use of the rides card commences.
●In the case of rides card abuse, the rides card and the coupons will be recovered and invalidated, and fares and admissions will be charged according to the regulations of relevant transportation companies and facilities.
●To ride beyond the valid zone of the rides card, it will be necessary to tender the relevant fare outside of the zone. Check with station staff.
●Rides card and coupons can not be used with other discounts.

Q1.How do I use the pass?
The Osaka Unlimited Pass allows you admission to sightseeing facilities and rides on trains/buses in Osaka city, a convenient and economical pass for sightseeing

You will receive a ride card, guidebook and coupons.

Q3.Is there a Children’s Pass?
There is no "Osaka Unlimited Pass" for children.

Q4.When can I use the pass?   Can I use it on the day of purchase?
There are two versions of "Osaka Unlimited Pass 2011"; the Spring and Summer Pass and the Autumn and Winter Pass

Sales period: April 1, 2011 to September 30, 2011
Term of validity: You can choose a favored single day during the term of validity from April 1, 2011 to October 31, 2011
＜Autumn and Winter Pass＞
Sales period: October 1, 2011 to March 31, 2012
Term of validity: You can choose a favored single day during the term of validity from October 1, 2011 to April 30, 2012
You may use on the day of the purchase, or you may purchase for intended use of one week later

Q5.Is the purchase price refundable?
A refund is only available at the place of purchase within the valid period indicated on the reverse side of the pass, and only if the pass or any coupons have not been used. A refund charge of 500 yen applies.

Q6.Can I use the pass for JR?
There is no use of JR available with the "Osaka Unlimited Pass". All facilities are accessible via subway, municipal bus and private railways. There is no need to use JR. Exception: JR from Osaka station (￥170 one way) is convenient for Universal Studios Japan®to use the special privilege available with the two-day pass only.
